I had the leather on a leather recliner tear in two places and they will not cover the repair.Total waist of money as when I was sold the contract I was told they would cover any damage to the leather for 5 years.

I went back to the retailer, Nebraska Furniture Mart in Omaha, Nebraska, and asked for their help. I got no where. A sales manager did say he would contact the Guardsman rep.

they deal with and see it he would get something done.The original sales receipt for the chair states that "rips" are covered so I am not not sure how they distinguish between a rip and a tear.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $650.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Failure to live up to their warranty, Warranty is too complicated and misleading, When i was sold the warranty covered all damage for 5 yeats.
