We purchased an electric reclining sofa from NFM in Kansas City. We purchased the guardsman warranty for 5 years.

The back of the sofa began to pucker really badly & we contacted guardsman, told them what had happened & then, printed their paperwork & filed a claim. Also, submitted photos of the damage. About a week later, they replied by email & said, "After reviewing the claim for your sofa, we are sorry, but it is not covered under the protection plan you purchased. The ONLY reason for the damage is the material (vinyl) that was used.

We have not even reclined in it, as we have a sofa table behind it & there is no heat source near the sofa. We will NEVER purchase another guardsman plan & Never Anything leather from NFM again.
