Like lot of other people at the time of purchase I was told anything happens they come out and fix it right away. Well I had the stain and called and the rep told me to submit the claim within a month only to find out this:

Loveseat - Food & Beverage - The required reporting timeframe for the stain or damage has not been met under the terms of the protection plan.

Sofa-Sleeper - Food & Beverage - The required reporting timeframe for the stain or damage has not been met under the terms of the protection plan.

Sofa-Sleeper - Ink-Pen - The required reporting timeframe for the stain or damage has not been met under the terms of the protection plan.

STAY AS FAR AS YOU CAN FROM THEM! DO NOT FALL INTO THEIR TRAP AND SAVE YOUR MONEY!

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss warranty issue of a product or service and associated monetary loss in the amount of $300. Guardsman needs to issue a full refund according to poster's claims.
