If you're lucky you read the reviews first and decided NOT to purchase the warranty, if not I'm sorry but you got screwed. So much is covered, and so much is not.

The best advise I can give you is to make sure to use the right language before submitting a claim. Do not use the word ODOR on a stain claim...Denied. Do not submit a claim for ripped leather..Denied. Yes, the warranty says you're covered, but you're not.

Guardsman will say they've reviewed your claims and pictures and decided that from the little jpeg you submitted to them the ripped leather is not covered due to wear and tear.

Even if you call and say it's from your dog, nope Guardsman decided you're denied. It's all arbitrary.

Product or Service Mentioned: Guardsman Elite Furniture Protection Plan.

Reason of review: Warranty issue.

Monetary Loss: $140.
