We filed a claim about our love seat recliner. Before we filed it, we called them and the agent suggested for us to include everything that was wrong with the piece.

We filed that claim and they changed their tune and said that the damage was an accumulation

Of damage and it was wear ant tear.

We received an email stating what was covered and not covered.

The cut on the recline cut was covered, but later they changed their mind and said that it was wear

And tear and nothing will be covered.
