Don't ever buy this protection. They will send you this Thank you for submitting your service request form(s). We have completed the processing of your request, and we are sorry to advise you that the damage(s) and/or stain(s) that you reported are ineligible for service for the following reason(s): • Chair-Dining Room Side Chair #1-Wood/Leather - Ink-Pen - The reported damage on your furniture is not covered under the terms of the protection plan. When I bought the protection, the salesman said it was covered even ink, at least they will send the ink lifter, if not work, they will replace. He also said that I would get a leather protection package mail to me with the purchase, I never got it, neither the term of the protection plan. Don't ever waste your money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Guardsman review in Salinas, California: Cant get somebody to clean my furniture

My grandson had an accident on my couch, he urinated on it, it has been over a month and now they want pictures because i am claiming that all of the furniture is stained. We have done everything they asked, I refuse to send pictures. I just got off the phone for the second time, got hung up on the first because I cussed at Mark. I now have a call into the corporate office. Bet it takes three weeks to get back to me. We are at the end of our 5 year plan and have made one claim, five years ago.

Do not purchase their warranty. They will not honor it and customer service is not very helpful. I Subnitted a claim, then had to leave town due to death in the family. When I returned I called to see if it wS ok to still send, I got the go ahead but then got an email saying my claim was late and would not be processed and could not be resubmitted. WTH what difference should it make when I send it in? I did not ask my dad to die, I had to fly out of the country, explained all this and all they said was sorry. :) why should they care right!! waste of money

Details
The mechanism on my lazy-boy chair became defective, so I claimed on my Guardsman insurance, They sent a man to inspect it, whilst inspecting he told us that the stitching was coming apart and that it was covered on the insurance and that I would have to make another claim. I rang Guardsman to report the new claim, a recorded voice told me , I would have to wait 1 hour to be put through to someone. I believe this is a put-off, they also said that I could fill out a complaintform online , still ccan not find one!!! Phone 07753177084
