We purchased a table and chair from Ashley Furniture on 01/02/2016 with the Guardsman protection plan. We submitted for the first time a damaged request and are getting the runaround.
Forms and pictures were sent after weeks of asking for assistance. The only contact is an email stating that the time frame for reporting was not met. After months of trying we finally got assistance from Ashley furniture and submitted both email and paper copies of the request form, pictures, plan and sales receipt.
This hold time we have heard nothing from guardsman company. request they return our money and close their doors.
