What a complete rip off. Was sold as an "elite" protection plan from an Ashley Furniture store, but it covers nothing that would actually need to be fixed on leather furniture (ripping, scratches, etc). You have to communicate by snail mail and the customer service...Read more

Very poor customer service no point in buying a service plan because they wont cover damages even if those certain damages are listed in your service plan......

Guardsman Protection Plan Review
Bought the protection plan and was told it covered all defects Ect.... Dining room table started getting stratches in it for no reason, called guardsman they sent someone out to fix it. He said he could not fix it so guardsman denied the claim stating we did not report the stratches within 5 days of incident!!!!!
