I bought their policy with no furniture. When I needed it they answered the phone and were polite.
I asked for service on 3 separate occasions. They never followed through. Their reps are paid to be polite, it seems and to put your complaint/request into the trash. There are companies that honor the warranty but the best is from the store itself, if at all possible.
Most stores want to hand this off to a third party as then they have no responsibility and just pass you off.
This company is not reputable so you are wasting your money to buy one of their policies. Google and find a company with better reviews.
