What a joke.This is my 5th encounter with Guardsman on the same piece of furniture.
The first four times was trying to fix the same problem. They do everything possible to deny your legitimate claim. This time, the entire arm of a couch disconnected from the body. a COVERED event under their agreement.
I called and was on hold for close to 30 minutes (as usual). They took my info and required a form which they emailed to me. However, I was required to mail it. When I called to follow up as I had not heard from them, they said "we never got it".
So I resent (certified mail). I then got a letter telling me it was received more than 30 days past my call and claim denied.
So all they have to do is throw away the mail and they can deny your claim.BUYER BEWARE.
