I bought dining table at Mor's furniture, bought 5 year elite protection plan. Plan stated that bubbling, chipping , peeling were covered items and when I sent them photographs they only replied by email that the damage was not covered.
No reason, no explanation. I had the table for only 4 months at time of claim. Am going to go to Mor's furniture and try to speak with GM and tell him to stop pushing purchase of protection plan that is worthless.
When I spoke to Guarsman processing department they said that chipping, bubbling, etc.. happens by itself and not by incident that would be covered by protection plan, which i think is ludicrous.
