When I bought the furniture it was covered by everything stains and rips burns . They have declined to fix anything because it is not covered and I bought the insurance for a lot and they can't even fix 1 out of 4 pieces of furniture.
They send out a technician to fix the problem and I was fooled he took pictures and left and then they never called or messaged me till I called and then a few days send these emails . I am so sad does anyone know what can be done ?
