"HORRIBLE" DONT PURCHASE THEIR "PROTECTION PLAN" IN WHICH THEY DONT LIVE UP TO THE COVERAGE,THEY ASK OF YOU TO CALL WITHEN 5 DAYS IN WHICH I DID!! I SUBMMITED EVERYTHING ASKED OF ME AND CALLED THEM EVERY WEEK TO FOLLOW UP ON MY CLAIM FOR THEM TO TELL ME 3 WEEKS LATER OOH SORRY YOU ARE NOT COVERED?? ITS THE SECOUND TIME I PURCHASE THIS *** USELESS PLAN AND AFTER I TALK WITH "GLEN" HE TELLS ME CALL "JORDEN GLINNE" HE CAN TURN THIS AROUND FOR YOU?? Well the guardsman company really is bad customer service! Sounds like unsupervised teenagers!
Jerome stepped up ! Really cuz my mom started it right around christmas which ended up with her in the hospital and having the lil miss say " you missed it by a day at xmas "!! I dont think so!

To state that a furniture policy covers things like springs, frames, mechanisms etc. and not cover support mechanisms like support straps {used instead of springs} is ridiculous.

Don't ever buy this protection. They will send you this Thank you for submitting your service request form(s). We have completed the processing of your request, and we are sorry to advise you that the damage(s) and/or stain(s) that you reported are ineligible for service for the following reason(s): • Chair-Dining Room Side Chair #1-Wood/Leather - Ink-Pen - The reported damage on your furniture is not covered under the terms of the protection plan. When I bought the protection, the salesman said it was covered even ink, at least they will send the ink lifter, if not work, they will replace. He also said that I would get a leather protection package mail to me with the purchase, I never got it, neither the term of the protection plan. Don't ever waste your money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Guardsman review: Unbelievably slow and utterly useless. Save your money and don't use them!!!
Having insured a table and chairs with the 5 year warranty i now find i am dealing with kne of THE worst companies i have ever had the misfortune to deal with. They are clearly like every other insurer - using every trick to try and wriggle out of the repair. Even after completing the claim form and submitting with the original receipt and delivery note they took 3 weeks (inc me chasing numerous times) to respond. All along i have been made to feel like i am somehow at fault for one tiny chip in a table! Advice for anyone thinking of using Guardsman - DON'T!!!!! Save your money and get a private repair as it will be cheaper, quicker and far easier and you get the satisfaction of knowing you aren't lining the pockets of manipulative *** metchants!!

Wow! Sounds like I just wrote this myself!
I submitted everything and then received an email that they've tried to reach me and to respond within 10 days.
I guess they call once and leave no message. I called them back within 10 BUSINESS days and they had closed my file because they went off 10 days despite they are closed for the weekend.
