Guardsman Furniture Protection Plan is worthless. They state that they cover pet and bodily fluid stains. The truth is that they will try to get the discoloration out but will not take care of the odor associated with the discoloration. Look up the definition of stain- it includes "to make foul". Foul means an offensive smell. Therefore if they promise to cover a stain they should cover the accompanying foul smell also. But they don't. So if your cat pees or your kid vomits you're supposed to live with the smell or buy a new piece. They misrepresent themself. FRAUD.
